MARCELLO PELLITTERI
Drummer Marcello Pellitteri is also an accomplished pianist, educator, composer, arranger and producer. For nearly 30 years, Pellitteri has taught at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he is currently a Professor. He has criss-crossed musical genres playing with jazz legends, pop stars and young lions.

Since 1996 Nidi d’Arac have been experimenting with mixing the music of the Salento region of southern Italy with electronica and contemporary dance beats. Lead singer of the band is the eclectic musician from Lecce, Alessandro Coppola, whose creativity and love for his land have produced a passionate and mindful research of contents coming from the tradition, the music, the poetry, the folklore of the Mediterranean culture, acquired and elaborated.

The never-monotonous and original melodies wink the capitol folklore and use the best of different genres: reggae, ragga, rocksteady, dub, ska perfectly spotted by choruses and breathtaking wind sections.
RADICI NEL CEMENTO
Radici nel Cemento is an Italian reggae group from Fiumicino (Rome), which appeared in the Italian reggae scene in 1993.
The sounds are mostly reggae, with clear dub veins and some shorter variations (Rocksteady and Ska).
They have collaborated with Charlie Anderson (The Selector), Laurel Aitken (Ska Goddess), Roy Paci and Madaski (Africa Unite).
They were UB40’s shoulder group at Palavobis in Milan and at Rototom Sunsplash Festival played as Alton Ellis support band.

Sottoeffetto is The Roof’s debut album, 12 tracks from the roots reggae / dub territory, to move to electronic music with references to jazz, funk and rock.

The “The Roof” project was born in Rome by some long-time musicians in the national reggae scene with various formations (SUN SPLASH, ROOTS AND CULTURE, LIVIN ‘IN THE GHETTO, NATTY WHANGLE), whose solid experience in Jamaican music has given rise to interesting sound contamination with jazz, electronics, rock and dub.

MASSIMO VENTURIELLO is an Italian actor, director and songwriter.
In theater he played the role of ‘Gastone’ in the homonymous piece by Ettore Petrolini, Music by Germano Mazzocchetti; Tosca is also singing with him. For Tosca, his companion in life, Massimo Venturiello wrote the song ‘Il Terzo Fuochista’, presented at the Sanremo Festival and performed in duet on the guests’ evening.
TOSCA, art name of Tiziana Tosca Donati, is an Italian singer and actress.
